About The Entry

Jiangfa · Tianyu Bay Marketing Center sits on the bank of the Xijiang River in Jiangmen, the "Hometown of Overseas Chinese" in China. This Center takes local culture as its design philosophy, integrating the majestic aura of river tides with the artistic vitality of floral elegance to create an immersive space where humanity, ecology, and luxury resonate in harmony.

The design team centers its narrative on a "flowers and tides" dialogue. In the foyer, a woven-metal suspended floral installation creates layered dimensionality of floating blooms through its openwork texture and interplay of light and shadow. The green-veined marble reception desk contrasts with cool metallic gold, while pendant lighting vertically connects the space. These designs leverage the synergy of craftsmanship, materials, and light to embody the philosophy of "endless blooming", express the tension of art, and unfold an urban garden's gentle prelude. In the sand table area, a circular light strip with surging light cascades echoes river tide momentum. The full-view glass curtain wall dissolves interior-exterior boundaries, creating an immersive field where architecture and nature coexist.

This Center achieves a delicate shift in spatial rhythm between movement and stillness, openness and enclosure. In the negotiation area, full-view framing draws garden views inside, while curved sofas and fur seats set a laid-back tone. Metallic collages on the walls mimic the texture of blooming flowers, infusing private conversations with subtle charm. The tea room blends water elements with traditional tea culture through modern design. Paired with floor-to-ceiling windows, it echoes the Lingnan landscape ambiance inside and out—fulfilling the Eastern aesthetic pursuit of stepping into a tea room to admire nature. In the signing room, curved screens enclose floral shadows to redefine a sense of ceremony, elevating the functional space into an exclusive, prestigious experience.

This Center also features a screening room, VIP rooms, and a water bar. From the modern minimalist negotiation area to private spaces blending nature and sophistication, the Center not only delivers a full, immersive and comfortable experience for visitors, but also turns Cantonese elegance, natural textures and contemporary luxury living ideals into a profound, touching spatial journey.
