About The Entry

This project translates the brand evolution from BeiGene to BeOne into a spatial narrative. It centers on "Healing & Greening" in design, integrating nature, science and humanity to convey the enterprise's pursuit of creating hope and vitality for patients in the life science field.

The project forges an immersive journey defined by "IMPACT-IMMERSE-INTERACT-INFUSE"—from the reception area to the workspace, every step reveals the brand's spirit and global perspective. It weaves the brand's signature red, curved lines, star motifs and other elements into the spatial design, complemented by greenery and natural materials to create a professional yet soothing atmosphere that unifies cultural integration with spatial experience.

In its floor plan, the project enhances efficiency through FOH/BOH zoning and a dual circulation system. It achieves flexible growth through adaptable spatial design, using movable partitions and sliding walls to transform medium-sized meeting rooms into highly versatile large meeting spaces and meeting clusters. In the public areas, it combines shared workstations, popular desks and other configurations to create multi-level scenarios, forging an ABW hybrid working model.

The project also integrates a professional AV system to support remote collaboration and thus reduce travel costs. It combines electric blinds, double-glazed glass and mechatronics design to reduce energy consumption, and selects durable, replaceable materials and a flexible furniture system to minimize resource waste—achieving a balance between comfort and sustainability within the framework of Japan's JIS standards.
