Support and Coexistence: A Panoramic View of Junjia’s Internal Brand System Design centers on the brand’s snail emblem, extending this symbol of steady progress and continuous growth into a comprehensive internal brand system. The design unfolds from visual language to practical applications, translating the structure, rhythm, and form of the logo into brand elements that can be consistently expanded and applied. Through a unified visual framework, various internal materials are organized into a clear and cohesive system. The result maintains a stable brand identity while allowing space for ongoing development and evolution.
This series is not intended as a display for external communication, but as a long-term practice within the brand itself. By developing a systematic set of visual tools and applications for internal use, Junjia brings its philosophy of “customer first” and “design for good” into everyday work and organizational culture. These works document the brand’s reflections and exploration throughout its growth, allowing design to function as a meaningful link between culture, team, and brand values.
