Building on this initial impression, the MDO design team distilled the site’s core sense of ease and ceremony to sketch a new vision of slow luxury living: one that precisely responds to the aspirations of a new generation of high-end residents, while allowing space to return to its most essential role—a gentle field of dialogue between people, nature, culture, and art.

The upper duplex of Pure Villa unfolds along the narrative of “Lakeside · Voyage,” imagining the residence as a private yacht quietly moored by an urban lake. Each floor becomes a deck; every detail, a footnote of the journey.

Materials and craftsmanship carry the warmth of Lingnan culture while resonating with the modern pulse of yachting. The spatial sequence flows from the ceremonial arrival to the relaxed rooftop garden, forming a layered immersion—from public to private, from exterior to interior—much like a voyage that gradually draws inward.
