About The Entry

As the first sci-tech innovation hub of the M0 series in Southwest China, the Xindu M0 Rail Transit Sci-tech Innovation Center involves a total investment of 14.03 billion yuan and covers a total floor area of 140,000 m². With CRRC Chengdu Company as its core industrial IP, the project adopts the "Shenzhen Bay" model in its design to achieve an industrial ecosystem where "upstairs and downstairs represent upstream and downstream." It creates a vertically integrated industrial space and is fully dedicated to building a new quality productive forces industrial complex and innovation base that integrates multiple functions such as R&D offices, industrial spaces, star-rated hotels, and conference centers.

The interior design of this project strives to present an open, shared, and high-quality comprehensive sci-tech innovation space, transitioning gradually from nature to the urban environment with distinct layers and an organic integration of ecology and daily life. By contrasting the industrial park with the city through the linear form of rail transit, the design concept of "threading lines to construct realms" has been distilled. The interior design uses public areas as connecting threads that run through the entire complex, representing the lifeline of the park and embodying the surging momentum of innovation-driven cycles. Functional zones are interlinked and interactive, achieving a perfect fusion of ecology and life.

The public areas adopt brown stainless steel and warm wood finishes as the primary color palette, creating a natural, steady, and soothing atmospheric impression. Gray stone materials with natural textures are interspersed with flooring, forming rich material layers and visual transitions. Pure-color walls and floors enhance the brightness and modern character of the expansive space. The overall design features harmonious transitions between light and dark shades, vertical lines that extend the spatial depth, and meticulously crafted textured details that invite closer appreciation. Together, these elements construct a simple yet refined spatial scene.
