Haiken City Construction·Lucheng One Sales Center

Located by the Forest Park in Baopo New City, Sanya, this project stands as a new high-end residential landmark that embodies the city’s vision of internationalization, ecological sustainability, and livability.
Inspired by the philosophy of nature, it creates an upscale living environment through artistic spatial narration, integrating functions such as sales reception and an art club, thereby interpreting the ideal of understated luxury and a tranquil dwelling for both body and mind.
With “flowing order” as its core concept, the design incorporates local cultural elements within a rational framework. In the reception area, curved walls are deconstructed and accented with mossy green tones, evoking a sense of natural breathability. A spiral staircase captures skylight, acting as a vessel for light and guiding a poetic play of shadows. At the heart of the space, the crystal-clear sculpture Gathering Light resonates with the overall ambiance.
The northern and southern negotiation areas are softly divided by a luminous installation inspired by sail nets. Semi-enclosed ceramic screens mark the four corners, forming tranquil “islands” that balance privacy and openness. The north zone integrates natural landscaping and custom cultural creations, transforming everyday objects into aesthetic carriers with symbolic appeal. The western coffee area, framed by wooden grilles and bird’s nest-like structures, offers a relaxed corner where dappled tree shadows blend with leisurely comfort.
The three-story high-end art club reinterprets Eastern charm through a contemporary lens. Private dining rooms are themed in pine green, with sliding doors that adapt to banquet needs. The tea room features a custom tea cabinet system to showcase tea culture, while spaces such as the calligraphy room and billiards room harmoniously merge function with art.
Beyond creating physical space, this project fosters a life of calm fulfillment. Through art, light, and detail, each moment here becomes a grounding ritual for the heart.
