The Taifa Xiang · Jiurongfu project draws inspiration from Ordos' unique natural and cultural heritage, synthesizing the vastness of grasslands, the stark beauty of deserts, and the winding flow of the Yellow River into a “layered oasis” design language. The result is a residential sanctuary that blends ecological resilience, cultural poetry, and contemporary aesthetics. Centered on the "dialogue between pine and stone" aesthetic, the design incorporates the spatial composition techniques employed in the Adachi Museum of Art, contrasting rugged pines with natural stone textures to embody an Eastern philosophy of “learning from nature.” The spatial layout follows a three-phase homecoming experience: entrance ceremony - pine-stone shock - oasis theater, guiding residents from ritual order to natural immersion through progressive transitions.
The project emphasizes localized expression and technological integration, employing innovative strategies such as "tortoise-shell" landform modeling, wind-sand-resistant planting, and microclimate optimization, ensuring year-round vitality. Premium materials such as Prada Green Luxury Stone and Chinese Black Landscape Stone are meticulously crafted to enhance natural textures and enduring quality.
By combining low-maintenance ecology with multifunctional spaces for leisure, socializing, and cultural display, Jiurongfu transcends conventional landscaping to become a spiritual nexus connecting nature and community. It offers a poetic oasis that redefines northern urban living through symbiosis with the natural world.
