MAJESTIC MANSION

The project is located in Yantai, Shandong, set against the natural backdrop of mountains and seas. It integrates regional culture with contemporary residential aesthetics in the creation of space.
The design is centered around the core image of "Cloud Island Luxury," drawing inspiration from Yantai’s unique mountain-sea atmosphere and urban cultural characteristics. These elements are translated into architectural and interior design languages, allowing residents to experience the tranquility and vastness of nature within the city. This creates an aesthetic foundation that blends aristocratic sentiments with international art, rooted in regional identity.
The spatial design takes the spirit of nobility as its core, with international art as its guiding thread. Through precise control of scale and material selection, a restrained and layered residential atmosphere is constructed. The material choices emphasize both texture and craftsmanship, with luxurious fabrics, soft leather, and natural marble complementing each other. Through delicate proportions and layered arrangements, the inherent natural beauty of the materials merges with the precision of craftsmanship, presenting a subtle yet lasting aura of understated luxury in the details.
The overall color scheme follows the design logic of harmonizing nature and art, using restrained and stable neutral tones as the base to create a serene, warm, and unified spatial experience. Accents of autumn orange are used as focal points, activating the spatial layers while balancing cool and warm tones, giving the environment a dynamic yet understated artistic aura. The project responds to contemporary high-end residential demands, integrating regional culture, aesthetic order, and quality living, and explores a living expression where art and life coexist.
