ELLYKATE — Designing Presence Through Warm Spatial Rhythm

Rather than pursuing a pristine white-cube aesthetic, the ELLYKATE Office embraces texture, warmth, and emotional depth to express the identity of a brand shaped by presence and perception. A calm foundation of wood and beige tones is punctuated by mint accents — the brand’s signature color — introducing rhythm, vitality, and continuity throughout the building.
The project unfolds as a continuous spatial journey. Beginning with a quiet exterior that integrates gently into the urban context, visitors pass through a graphic entrance where softness replaces formality and brand identity emerges subtly.
The first floor establishes an emotional connection through layered lighting, curated pauses, and a mint-accented pantry, while the meeting room balances intimacy and focus within a warm material palette. On the second floor, the workspace prioritizes visual clarity and comfort through natural tones, transparent partitions, and carefully composed details that encourage creativity without distraction. Vertical circulation becomes an experiential spine, where mint structural elements and textured walls guide movement between shifting atmospheres.
A compact yet expressive CEO suite introduces a more personal layer of the brand, blending authority with warmth through layered materials and color contrast. Above, a stepped lounge and play zone supports informal interaction and creative rest, reflecting a belief that productivity grows from balance rather than intensity alone. Even the minimal basement studio contributes to the narrative, providing a flexible environment for in-house content production and experimentation.
Across all levels, mint-toned architectural elements function as a visual thread, connecting diverse programs into a cohesive experience. The project ultimately reflects ELLYKATE’s philosophy that a brand is not a static image but a sequence of spatial moments — calm yet vibrant, restrained yet expressive — designed to nurture creativity, collaboration, and human connection.
