The Jade Radiance adopts a more composed, ritualized spatial language to meet the needs of high-end residents seeking privacy and identity expression. The design adheres to a principle of “local sensibility with global expression”: rather than mindless internationalization, it blends global scale and proportion with the subtlety of local culture, forming a living form that accommodates international aesthetics while respecting Eastern lifestyle logic.
The living room serves as the core of family interaction and entertainment. The TV backdrop integrates a fireplace with imposing stonework, complemented by metal display shelves, suitable both for showcasing collections and hosting social rituals, establishing the home as a “stage for life.” Floor-to-ceiling windows open naturally to connect indoor light and shadow with external landscapes. The terrace extends seamlessly from the living room, functioning as a playground for children or a space for gatherings and solitary reflection. Material continuity, light modulation, and circulation unify interior and exterior, giving residents a sense of openness and privacy simultaneously, so every moment becomes a ritual of life.
