Shangqiu Future Realm

Shangqiu Future Realm is Shangqiu’s first version 4.0 vertical ecological residential community, featuring alternating sky gardens on odd and even floors with a 6-meter ceiling height. The project aims to let each unit has its own garden and every floor has its own courtyard. Its planning is inspirited by the central axis symmetry and ceremonial order of the Forbidden City, establishing a grand and dignified residential space. The layout forms in "higher on the outside, lower in the center", mimics Chinese Tai Shi Chair formation, which gathers and circulates energy harmoniously. With 270° panoramic pavilion hall and a fully point-style layout, the project creates a boundless garden community where every household can enjoy own scenery. The exterior facade features asymmetrical aluminum panel frames that break away from traditional façade designs, with clean and sharp C-shaped lines that presents its modernization. Streamlined silhouette of its facade highlights the dynamic, innovative, and high-quality nature of the architecture. The façade design layout is simple and well-structured, with clear hierarchical layers. The asymmetrical aluminum panel frames serve as the primary layer while the flowing C-shaped lines form the secondary layer. Horizontal moldings are the third layer, and the staggered terraces in arrangement add richness and details of vertical façade. The outer frames are edged with champagne-gold aluminum panels, the horizontal moldings are made of aluminum profile in light grey, and the terrace areas feature grilles in champagne-gold. The main walls are clad in light-gray crystalline stone as the primary façade material, complemented by dark-gray crystalline stone used between the horizontal moldings. The glass curtain walls are divided by flash-silver window frames, adding accent colors to the façade and enhancing its refined details.
