About The Entry

Content creators today face a straightforward but persistent problem: producing short-form clips from long-form video is time-consuming, technically demanding, and hard to scale. Cutlabs is a cloud-based video clipping tool built to address this directly, using a proprietary video intelligence engine to automatically identify and clip highlight moments from raw footage.

Unlike tools that rely on audio transcription or basic keyword detection, Cutlabs processes video at a deeper level. Its AI is trained to understand visual and contextual information inside video: gameplay events, pacing, speaker activity, and scene composition. This enables a level of clip quality and relevance that transcription-only approaches cannot achieve.

The core feature set is straightforward. AI Clipper analyzes videos up to eight hours in length and generates highlight clips automatically, saving creators an average of four hours of editing work per week. Moment Search lets users find any specific moment inside a video by typing a plain-language query, with results returned in under 20 milliseconds. Game IQ extends the tool's video understanding to over 1,000 in-game events across 50+ supported game titles. Channel Monitor connects to a creator's upload feed and runs the clipping process automatically, without any manual input required.

Output quality is handled at the platform level. Clips are rendered in HD through a cloud GPU network, with auto-captions at 90%+ accuracy, vertical reframing, facecam tracking, and adjustable aspect ratios included. A viral score prediction system gives creators a data-informed reference point before publishing.

Cutlabs supports a wide range of content types and creator profiles, including livestreamers, podcasters, VTubers, gamers, and brand managers.

Creators using Cutlabs report publishing up to four times more content compared to their previous workflows. The tool is designed around a single-click experience: submit a video, review suggested clips, download and post. The goal is to remove as many steps from the post-production workflow as possible, so creators can stay focused on producing content rather than editing it.
