JINLU RESTAURANT draws its design inspiration from the masterpiece Flying Snow in Liang Garden by Yuan Jiang, translating the poetic sentiment of Li Bai’s verses into a tangible spatial narrative. We have crafted an engaging journey that encompasses entering the garden and tasting tea as well as viewing scenery and fine dining, allowing guests to feel as if they are wandering through an ancient and elegant landscape scroll. This is more than a place for dining; it is a sensory odyssey through time that recreates the romantic spirit of Tang dynasty literati and the ultimate refinement of Song-style aesthetics within a modern context.
The space creates an immersive atmosphere for drinking with the ancients, enabling visitors to transcend a millennium of time and view contemporary prosperity through a historical lens. We have infused the core of Song-style aesthetics into this long and delightful experience, where every meal is elevated into a profound dialogue of beauty and soul through the delicate carving of light and texture. At JINLU, the boundaries between past and present quietly dissolve, allowing guests to find a sense of tranquility and poetry that transcends time amidst the complexities of urban life.
