Blending modern minimalist aesthetics with hotel-inspired refined living, the project delivers a premium urban residential community that integrates all-age growth and authentic daily life. “Charming shops, relaxing spaces, fulfilling lives, natural scenery” — at Xiaotang, the wonderful moments of home are redefined.

“One Tree, One Story”: Engaging with the millennium-old cultural heritage of the Three Jin Regions, the project integrates natural vitality, artistic sophistication and human warmth. Through the collaborative and integrated design of landscape, architecture and interior decoration, it reshapes an immersive real-scene demonstration zone, presenting a future living space with strong identity and emotional resonance. Centered on an all-age growth narrative, the project takes “an artistic grand tree” as the backbone to connect all-age functional scenes and urban interfaces, highlighting the layered progression of homecoming ritual and living experience. It conveys warmth through refinement and art within everyday vitality, breaking through the market with differentiated product strength, and dedicating to Taiyuan a timeless, all-age-friendly premium residential community that endures through time.

The design adopts the crabapple fruit IP and the spiritual totem of the “grand tree” as dual core themes. By implementing three-dimensional spatial layout, scenario-based functional design and plant-themed landscaping, it creates an interactive, growth-oriented community that supports deep integration and free participation, allowing children to grow among crabapples and share the future alongside trees.
