About The Entry

Concept: Architectural Storytelling.

Located in Taichung, this commercial sales gallery is meticulously crafted to market premium office spaces. The design serves as a physical manifesto of the developer’s vision, utilizing the concept of "Spatial Storytelling" to foster an immediate emotional connection with potential investors. The architecture acts not just as a shelter, but as a medium to communicate corporate ambition and prestige.

Exterior: Form Meets Environmental Intelligence.

The building's façade is defined by dynamic, rhythmic curves that command attention during the day. At night, integrated lighting layers transform the structure into a shimmering maritime beacon, evoking the movement of ocean waves to maximize marketing visibility. Beyond aesthetics, the facade is an exercise in environmental performance. The strategic fin-like structures function as an advanced sun-shading and light-guiding system, specifically mitigating the intense western sun exposure while maintaining soft, diffused natural lighting to enhance indoor thermal comfort.

The Narrative: Navigating Global Ambition.

As a gateway for corporate brand recognition, the interior utilizes the metaphors of "Waves" and the "Global Map." A striking wood-carved installation mimics the fluid motion of water—representing the initial collision of waves that eventually settles into a calm, navigable channel. This serves as a powerful allegory for business ventures: overcoming challenges to find the path to stability and success. The main feature wall, adorned with rare natural marble veins, symbolizes a world map, reflecting the client’s prospective global footprint.

Interior: Clarity and Warmth.

Within the 165 square meter interior, the layout is optimized for professional engagement. The design balances "commercial transparency" with "transactional intimacy." A palette of warm wood tones and premium textures is used to soften the corporate atmosphere, creating a welcoming yet sophisticated environment that optimizes the negotiation and contract-signing process. By blending high-concept art with functional comfort, Round Brick Design has created a landmark space that resonates with the aspirations of modern enterprises.
