The project is deeply rooted in the urban fabric of Xinjiang, drawing inspiration from its unique natural landscapes and cultural heritage. Buildings emerge organically from the land, harmonizing with the topography and local character, while integrating refined aesthetics, quality materials, and human warmth. Local symbols such as populus euphratica, canyons, red rocks, and springs are translated into contemporary architectural language, creating a distinctive sense of place and identity that resonates with both residents and visitors.

The planning framework centers on a “Dynamic Cultural Corridor,” combining canyon textures, the vitality of populus euphratica, and the fluidity of springs to create a homecoming sequence that reflects the epic charm of the region. A multifunctional base, the “Suspended Oasis,” merges traditional aesthetics with modern functions, while a composite “Super Living Room” integrates sports, culture, and leisure, acting as a vibrant neighborhood hub. Three-dimensional circulation and layered gardens extend greenery through overhead, ground, and underground spaces, achieving an organic blend of city and garden and allowing nature to permeate every corner of the community. The design also emphasizes human experience, creating gathering spaces, contemplative corners, and visual connections that foster social interaction and a sense of belonging.

The building façades abstract the imagery of the region through refined modern architectural expressions. Vertical lines evoke the resilience of populus euphratica, layered materials recall the textures of canyon rocks, warm-colored metal accents suggest the power and warmth of red rocks, and expansive glass surfaces reflect light and shadow reminiscent of natural springs. The overall architecture conveys a modern aesthetic of solidity, transparency, delicacy, and strength, seamlessly embedding regional spirit into contemporary living environments and demonstrating a deep understanding of local culture, landscape, and the rhythms of daily life.
