This project addresses the issue of fragmented information and inefficient coordination in disaster scenarios by integrating a mobile application with a wearable communication device into a unified disaster collaboration system.

The system provides real-time positioning, communication, and SOS alert functions, enabling survivors, volunteers, and emergency responders to clearly understand their roles, locations, and actionable objectives. Through an AI-assisted dispatch mechanism, resources are allocated based on distance, role, and workload, effectively improving response efficiency while reducing uncertainty in critical situations.
