Jinan CSCEC·Yunqi Fenghua Unit 429

This project takes Song Dynasty elegance as the cultural core, it integrates modern living demands and Jinan’s local context to create a high-end residential space of “timeless elegance and noble coexistence”. The design extracts elements such as Song-style pediments, window lattices and patterns, reinterpreted with a minimal modern approach, avoiding retro piles to form a visual system with traditional artistic conception and contemporary aesthetics.

The space follows the layout of “one courtyard, two axes, five gardens and five scenes”, integrating courtyard water features with indoor circulation to blur the boundary between architecture and landscape. The plan includes three above-ground floors for daily living and two underground floors for social experience, covering living, health, entertainment and social scenes. Customized for a family of four, the first floor serves the elderly and family gatherings; the second and third floors provide private rest and parent-child areas; the underground floor integrates fitness, media room, wine cellar and reception hall, balancing function, ritual and comfort.

The design integrates intelligent lighting, security, temperature control and refined storage systems, using eco-friendly materials and humanized details for health, safety and quality. With the spiritual imagery of “elegant gathering by winding water, playing piano by green hills”, it reshapes the contemporary literati lifestyle, unifying art, culture, function and emotion, presenting a high-quality villa residence with oriental heritage and international vision.
