ROSEWOOD Garden

The Guixia Lawn is a newly launched wedding venue developed as part of the Rosewood Hotel 3.0 renewal, introducing an upgraded hospitality wedding space alongside the hotel’s brand refresh. Guided by the concept of “integrating vacation experiences with refined aesthetics,” the project responds to the hotel’s renewed positioning.

Located in a corner area of the hotel, the site offers a private spatial condition. Based on this characteristic, the design focused on highlighting the venue’s privacy while strengthening its distinction from surrounding public areas.

Fabric partitions were introduced to enhance the sense of enclosure and establish a clearer boundary between the venue and other hotel spaces. To address the relatively irregular lawn layout, an 18m × 9m rectangular stage was designed to create a more structured visual experience and improve spatial perception. The guest seating arrangement adopted a surround-view layout rather than a conventional configuration, reinforcing the venue experience.

Following the venue launch, the hotel adjusted the original venue rental pricing plan from RMB 10,000 to RMB 30,000. More clients recognized the venue’s private character and selected it as their wedding location.

All fabric materials used in the project were recycled and transformed into tablecloths, which entered actual use in the following month.

The project highlights the venue’s spatial characteristics through targeted design interventions, strengthening privacy and creating a distinct wedding setting aligned with the hotel’s renewed venue strategy.
