Current blenders on the market often suffer from issues such as high noise, bulky size, food sticking, difficult cleaning, and suboptimal blending performance. Against the backdrop of an aging population and growing demand for liquid diets in rehabilitation care, the design team focuses on real user needs and applies systematic engineering innovation, targeting two key goals: a more compact form and better blending performance.
The most groundbreaking innovation of this product is its square glass blending jar. In conventional round jars, high-speed rotation tends to create a stable vortex, causing ingredients to spin along the walls without being fully processed. The square jar, with its rectangular inner walls, disrupts this flow and continuously pushes ingredients back into the blade’s cutting zone. It creates a dynamic blending path that prevents ingredients from co-rotating with the vortex. Combined with a variable-frequency motor, it is capable of grinding ingredients down to a fine particle size of 92.5 μm, making it especially suitable for making hot drinks and liquid diets.
To achieve both compact size and large capacity, the product adopts an inverted U-shaped structure, reducing overall volume by around 66% and freeing up valuable countertop space. The ergonomic user interface is moved to the top, allowing users to operate the device naturally without bending or lowering their gaze.
Instead of traditional chemical non-stick coatings, the product uses a titanium inner bowl, offering high hardness, strong wear resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance. This prevents food from sticking at the bottom and eliminates health concerns about coating wear or peeling over time. The overall design is centered on a square form language, echoing the product’s key feature—the square blending jar. This visual consistency enhances product recognizability and clearly reflects a contemporary design aesthetic of combining everyday comfort with intelligent technology.
