C&D · Wangchao Mansion is located along the Qiantang River, weaving the serene tranquility of West Lake and the luxurious vitality of the Qiantang riverfront into a contemporary space that is both livable and explorable.

In the lobby, a floating artistic chandelier reinterprets the form of an oil-paper umbrella's ribs. The reception desk features a water-ripple stone screen, like the first rise of a river tide—still yet dynamic. A spiral staircase ascends like the tide curling upward.

In the negotiation area, the roof and colonnade draw inspiration from West Lake pleasure boats. The ceiling resembles a light boat canopy, while the pillars stand like slanting oars. Seated within, one feels as if drifting across the lake, gently swaying with the waves.

In the VIP room, wall hangings combine wood veneer collage with hand-painted gold foil, abstracting Hangzhou's cityscape into golden silhouettes. The main chandelier continues the boat imagery, evoking fragments of light and shadow on a surging tide. The golden scroll on the wall freezes the Qiantang tidal bore and the city's skyline into an eternal feast.

Within the banquet space, windows frame the views; behind the screen, a tea room rests quietly in a corner.

The pool wall is clad in green stone, its texture as crisp and upright as a bamboo forest.
