The Karoson AI Companion Robot integrates a plushie, an emotional large language model (ELLM), a dedicated nurturing app, and physical-digital interactions. Serving as the character’s physical body in the real world, the plushie features soft materials, a brushed faux rabbit-fur headgear, and removable outfits, providing tactile engagement, voice dialogue, and emotional feedback. A 7-point distributed tactile sensor system is dedicated to detecting petting, while LED eye displays utilizing a 17-layer graphic structure deliver nuanced facial expressions. Additionally, a built-in 4-DOF (Degrees of Freedom) dynamic structure enables agile physical movements. The dedicated app acts as the digital space for the character’s growth, hosting personality development, storylines, long-term memory, and social interactions. A dynamic nurturing mechanism is built upon the ELLM, Freudian personality structure, reinforcement learning, and a SOTA long-term memory system. Through continuous interactions, the character dynamically evolves, cultivating distinct emotional tendencies and interaction styles. The ELLM also supports voice command recognition and multi-turn dialogue management, and can generate schedules and reminders based on timeframes and priorities. NFC accessories link physical props with virtual progression. By tapping a prop against the robot, users can advance the virtual storyline while receiving instant interactive feedback in reality. Furthermore, to protect user privacy, the product intentionally omits the camera function.
