Luyue Tingyun, Hefei

Luyue Tingyun, Hefei is conceived around the idea of “Aman-inspired luxury.” Drawing inspiration from Aman New York while responding to the local character of Hefei, the project translates refined aesthetics, craftsmanship, and artistic sensibility into a contemporary residential landscape.

The design adopts a hospitality-inspired approach, creating a resort-like environment where the experience of returning home becomes a carefully choreographed spatial journey. International design concepts are integrated throughout the landscape, establishing an atmosphere of elegance, tranquility, and exclusivity.

A defining feature of the project is the approximately 52-meter-long Cloud Ode Gate and its 16.6-meter-high roof, which together create a memorable arrival sequence and establish a strong sense of identity for the community. Carefully crafted metal detailing, including custom square lotus motifs, is combined with precision stonework to reinforce the project's luxurious character.

Materiality plays a central role in the landscape experience. Indian Green stone and Snow White Jade define the arrival route, while mountain-stream water features and Amazon Blue stone enrich the entrance landscape. Pine Resin Yellow Jade is incorporated within the clubhouse environment, creating a refined and cohesive material palette.

The landscape centerpiece is a tree court inspired by the Golden Bead Agate Bowl in Anhui Museum. Anchored by a century-old citron tree, it serves as a cultural focal point and a memorable gathering space.

The project also includes approximately 2,850 square meters of clubhouse and mezzanine space, with facilities such as a swimming pool and private banquet hall. Organized through a layered composition of “gardens within gardens,” the landscape creates a sequence of immersive spaces that transform everyday living into a resort-like experience.
