Breaking away from the traditional approach of simply accumulating greenery in residential communities, the project utilizes the site’s approximately 20-meter natural elevation difference to construct a rare three-dimensional landscape structure in the urban core, known as the “Nine Realms of Floating Island,” under the theme “Floating Island Reflecting the Realm.”

Through the progressive sequence of these nine realms, an artistic journey unfolds from the city toward the island, from exterior to interior. From the approximately 66-meter-high custom-designed entrance gate and the nine-tier arrangement of black pines to the suspended tree-pond water features, each layer builds upon the previous one, gradually filtering the urban context and creating an emotional transition from urban bustle to private tranquility.

A 1,700㎡ sunken courtyard, a 130㎡ suspended sky pool, a 3-meter natural stone waterfall, a Colombian green stone bridge, and carefully selected tallow trees are integrated throughout the landscape. Together, these elements establish a resort-like spatial experience within the city, allowing residents to experience a sense of retreat and immersion in daily life.
