The Deer Enclosure

Located in Jiaoxi, Yilan, "The Deer Enclosure" encompasses shared amenity planning across an approximately 1431.4 square meters first-floor lobby and an approximately 661.2 square meters rooftop area. Drawing inspiration from Wang Wei's poem, the design translates the serene essence of "In the empty mountains, no one is seen, yet the sun's reflection enters the deep forest" into modern architectural expression. It combines the mountain profiles of Wufengchi, Jiaoxi's stone textures, and forest imagery to establish a connection between nature and residential life.

In terms of layout configuration, the first floor integrates reception, main lobby, reading, audiovisual, light food, art, children's activities, and hot spring SPA functions. The rooftop extends to an infinity landscape pool, gym, KTV, private bathhouses, and a semi-outdoor lounge. Upon completion, the project has created a clear and stabilizing shared areas within the community's daily life, bringing the forest, light, shadow, and a sense of time into the residents' lives. It transforms shared areas from mere transit pathways into living scenes where people can linger, socialize, and rest, responding to the regional characteristics of leisure living in Jiaoxi while enhancing the overall utility value of the community.
