Abstract Scroll is a mid-to-high-end Baijiu packaging design suitable for key life moments and celebrations, such as weddings, academic achievements, family reunions, longevity milestones, farewells, and festive gatherings. The design traces the brand's signature book-shaped motif back to its historical predecessor, the scroll. Historically, the scroll served as an early form of books and was used for solemn documents like imperial decrees, wedding vows scrolls, and formal inscriptions, offering a heightened sense of ritual to witness and celebrate major milestones. By using the act of unrolling to symbolize the opening of a new chapter in life, the design extends the brand's narrative to personal experiences. It tailors different drinking scenarios around themes of wedding vows, academic advancement, and family blessings, maintaining the brand's core philosophy: "Read classic books, drink Abstract." The bottle features a fluid, scroll-like contour, distinguishing it from conventional square, cylindrical, or traditional ceramic vessels. In traditional culture, scrolls were reserved for imperial decrees, wedding scrolls, and classical artworks, associating them closely with major life achievements. Classical poetry, wedding vow imagery, and auspicious motifs are integrated directly onto the bottle, harmonizing with the scroll-like shape and specific celebratory settings. The Wedding Vows edition connects the presentation of the wedding vows scroll with the traditional nuptial toast, while the academic advancement edition uses an unfolding golden scroll to evoke the moment of receiving an official admission, symbolizing the unrolling of life's grand journey. The bottle features a continuous curve that transitions from wide to narrow and back to wide, with the outer scroll layer wrapping around the glass body in a subtle spiral that echoes the diagonal collar of traditional Chinese robes. Viewing the bottle from the front reveals the enclosed scroll form, while rotating it to the side displays classical poetry. Further rotation reveals dragon, phoenix, and auspicious motifs. The undulating glass texture generates shimmering reflections under light, resembling the movement of turning pages. The wedding edition uses a traditional red palette to symbolize marital joy, while the academic edition employs a dominant gold color scheme to represent academic success.
