The Landscape Project of Greentown PHOENIX MANSION is situated in Hexi New Town with superior location and waterfront ecological resources. Guided by the core design concept Phoenix Returns to Jinling · Landscape of All Lives, it delves into the cultural heritage of the Six Dynasties in Nanjing, draws on the gardening philosophy of "a universe in a tiny space" from Li Yu's Mustard Seed Garden, and integrates the spatial texture of rivers and alleys featured in Wuyi Lane to create a modern Oriental reclusive residential landscape.

Rejecting the overuse of traditional Chinese decorative symbols, the design interprets classical garden aesthetics with contemporary techniques and forms six themed landscape zones. Adopting traditional gardening skills including framed borrowed views, stacked rockeries and waterscapes, as well as plant enclosures, it infuses poetic landscapes into modern spaces and presents a varied journey with alternating hidden and exposed views. Leveraging existing trees and waterfront resources, local native plants are selected to create distinctive seasonal scenes, while balancing ecology, ceremonial sequence and social leisure functions.

Nestled amidst the urban bustle, the project builds tranquil garden courtyards. It perfectly blends Oriental aesthetics, literati elegance and modern life, crafting an upscale community landscape with profound cultural heritage, artistic charm and humanistic warmth.
