About The Entry

Prudential's Signature Customer Experience Centre replaces the queue-and-counter model of a typical insurance branch with a concierge-led experience built for private wealth conversations. Across two levels and 5,730 sqft at Prudential Tower, the project reimagines the company's flagship walk-in touchpoint as an environment that reads closer to private banking than a service counter.

The design concept, "A Line Carried Into Space," draws on the red ribbon that has run through Prudential's brand identity since 1986, translating a two-dimensional brand mark into a three-dimensional architectural gesture. A sculptural pendant cluster gathers above the concierge desk like a ribbon caught mid-motion. Fluted timber panelling wraps the focus pods, reading as a calm, solid surface head-on and breaking into rhythm and shadow from an angle. A curved stair and a rippling mesh drape carry that same line vertically, linking the ground floor to the mezzanine above it.

On the ground floor, a concierge greets every visitor into a lounge rather than a queue, before staff escort each guest to one of nine private pods sized for two, three or four people. The mezzanine houses the Prudential Wealth Suite, a dedicated space for the firm's Private Client Advisors and their high-net-worth clientele, built around a double-volume lounge wrapped in a bronze-toned mesh curtain, a social lounge, two enclosed advisory rooms and a calm room.

A hand-drawn Singapore skyline in brushed copper grounds the Wealth Suite in its own city rather than in a generic hospitality language, while fluted timber, marble, terracotta and bronze carry a warm, considered material palette across both levels.

The result is one continuous idea, from a public concierge lobby to a private advisory suite above it, built to serve every visitor to Prudential Tower while giving the company's growing high-net-worth clientele a room designed specifically around them.
