The fabric is knitted from a blend of 40-count Xinjiang cotton and Birla Modal, and employs an exclusive dual-sided technique to deliver a dual-texture profile that is silky on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The outer layer undergoes four refining stages: the greige fabric is dried and pad-set to form a smooth film over the fiber surfaces, followed by high-speed flame singeing and enzyme polishing (bio-polishing) to completely remove impurities, resulting in an ultra-low-friction, silky texture that glides effortlessly without clinging to bedding. The inner layer is treated with continuous brushing, calendering, and shearing: brushing creates a uniform, plush nap; high-temperature calendering aligns the fibers for a gentle luster; precision shearing ensures consistent pile height to prevent skin irritation. Furthermore, this fabric maximizes the outstanding moisture-wicking and breathable properties inherent to cotton and modal, while offering excellent pilling resistance and natural anti-static performance, comprehensively safeguarding a peaceful night’s sleep.
