Stepping into the residence, a harmonious palette of off-white, soft gray, and warm wood tones unfolds in quiet elegance. Natural light drifts gently across subtly textured surfaces, creating delicate transitions of light and shadow that enrich the interior without overwhelming it. Rounded architectural corners soften the structure, concealing rigid edges and fostering a calm, contemplative atmosphere. Throughout the home, a restrained material language establishes a sense of unity, and each of the five levels develops its own distinct character, allowing every family member to enjoy a private retreat that still feels intrinsically connected to the warmth of the whole.

Designed for a five-story residence with a private elevator, the project is guided by the concept of “a unified public realm with personalized private living.” The shared spaces are defined by a timeless palette of low-saturation colors, textured finishes, and carefully layered lighting, creating an elegant backdrop that flows seamlessly from floor to floor. Within this consistent framework, each private level is subtly tailored through variations in color, furnishings, and decorative details that reflect the personalities and preferences of its occupants, achieving individuality without compromising the home’s overall harmony.

The second floor serves as the social heart of the residence, providing generous communal spaces where family members can gather, interact, and share daily life. The third through fifth floors are organized as private retreats, each thoughtfully planned to meet the specific needs and lifestyles of the occupants. Circulation and room layouts also anticipate long-term living, incorporating generous clearances and accessibility considerations to support changing needs over time.
