About The Entry

Situated in the Qizhong area of Minhang District, Shanghai, the project neighbors the Qizhong Tennis Center, Qizhong Golf Club, and the Amanyangyun Resort. With lush vegetation and low population density, it forms an exclusive, tranquil eco-residential zone — one of Shanghai's most distinguished high-end ecological living areas, offering an exceptional sense of natural serenity.

Guided by four core design dimensions, the scheme traces Shanghai's origins and infuses the space with Maqiao's local culture, creating a vivid landscape painting. Rooted in ecology, it extends the region's green identity by crafting a four-season community with a microclimate that feels up to 5°C cooler. Dedicated to service excellence, it introduces customized standards that unfold a five-tier ceremonial homecoming experience. Attentive to every detail, it adopts Aman-level refined craftsmanship to articulate understated luxury. The overall space blends culture into landscapes and conceals luxury within nature, truly achieving a secluded realm where "returning home is like wandering through mountains and waters, and life steps into nature."

The landscape is structured around "One Gateway, One Courtyard, Two Avenues." A grand gateway establishes a majestic overture, while a naturally planted central atrium weaves together the themed boulevards running vertically and horizontally. Radiating outward are three private gardens and seven flower-lined alleys. Water serves as the narrative thread, layering cascading preludes, bubbling springs, and drifting mist to evoke the imagery of "walking through clouds into a painting." Homebound paths flow alongside water, fostering intimate interaction between people and water, and perfectly embodying the poetic dwelling of "walking within a painting, returning to nature."
