Guided by four core design dimensions, the scheme traces Shanghai's origins and infuses the space with Maqiao's local culture, creating a vivid landscape painting. The landscape is structured around "One Gateway, One Courtyard, Two Avenues." A grand gateway establishes a majestic overture, while a naturally planted central atrium weaves together the themed boulevards running vertically and horizontally. Radiating outward are three private gardens and seven flower-lined alleys. Water serves as the narrative thread, layering cascading preludes, bubbling springs, and drifting mist to evoke the imagery of "walking through clouds into a painting."
