Tuojia Triumph One of Foshan sits in Shunde District, serving as the gateway landmark of Foshan New City. Bordering Dengzhou Waterfront Park to the north and standing on the bank of the Tan River, it is Foshan’s first complex of super-large business flats featuring three interconnected super high-rises linked at over 100 meters above ground.

In terms of master planning, the three super high-rise towers are laid out in a semi-enclosed crescent formation, with the buildings staggered to ensure every unit enjoys unblocked river views.The 100-meter-high sky garden clubhouse connects the three towers into one, offering a panoramic view of the bustling new city and the beauty of the river.

The building’s facade design draws on the natural artistic conception of “mountains wrapped in drifting clouds”. The towers rise upright like lofty mountains, while the aerial connecting corridors resemble soft, flowing clouds stretching far and wide. The entire architecture adopts smooth, undulating free-form curved lines. Using modern minimalist abstract design language, the complex stands as a futuristic urban landmark that interprets the imagery of mountains veiled in clouds along the Tan River waterfront.

Every unit features a 270° wrap-around panoramic river view, installed at each corner to fully capture natural daylight and riverside scenery. The seamless fusion of aerial corridors and the cloud-top clubhouse is centered on the design motif of floating clouds. Housing an infinity river-view swimming pool 100 meters above ground, the project delivers an upscale private social haven hovering above the city skyline.
