Nova City Residence

Nova City Residence is located in the southern part of Changping District, Beijing, in the Future City West District Life Valley+Information Industry Park area. This project is inspired by the high-end vacation base of Banyan Tree Hotel, with the core concept of "moving upwards and everything living freely". It reconstructs the spatial value in the urban context - using modern design language to establish a rational spatial order, creating a growth context - large courtyard, small courtyard, and boundaryless permeable space, ultimately creating a living space for young and fashionable groups that combines "exquisite vacation relaxation" and "urban healing attributes". The project is named "Life Science Park", inspired by the flourishing growth of large trees, incorporating natural growth imagery into the park's philosophy, symbolizing infinite upward vitality. Reconstructing spatial value in the urban context - using modern design language to establish a rational spatial order, while deeply extracting the essence of the traditional garden "courtyard box" pattern, creating a growth context - a large courtyard, small courtyard, and boundaryless permeable space, ultimately creating a living space for young and fashionable groups that combines "exquisite vacation relaxation" and "urban healing attributes".
