The project is rooted in Fuyang's thousand-year cultural heritage of 'the best mountains and waters under heaven, with Fuchun praised through the ages.' Drawing inspiration from the picturesque Fuchun River scenery and the spirit of the blue-and-green landscapes in the painting 'A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains,' the design con-cept is 'building the garden like a painting, incorporating painting and calligraphy into the scenery.' It blends the living ideals of Eastern courtyard homes with the refined scholarly lifestyle of the Song dynasty into a modern community, creating a Song-style mountain residence that's livable, walkable, and visually enjoyable.

The layout builds a 'dual gardens interaction, one central axis with two focal points, and multiple connected alleys' spatial pattern, with north-south gardens forming scenic views for each other, the main axis linking core scenes, and layered alleys weaving rich experiences for coming home and strolling. Water is used as the main thread, with streams, waterfalls, and waterfronts recreating the lively charm of Fuchun's landscape; a three-stage ceremonial sequence creates a lay-ered homecoming experience from city to garden; and Song-style cultur-al elements like porcelain, jade, calligraphy, and cliff inscriptions are translated into pavements, corridors, signage, and landscape de-tails. At the same time, age-inclusive activities like reading under the trees, art gatherings, and wellness and leisure spaces are incor-porated, ultimately presenting a contemporary Song-style mountain res-idence that feels like 'a thousand-mile scroll and an elegant life-style.'
