About The Entry
NH-GT-01 is a low-power wireless intelligent sensing terminal designed to transform conventional gas pressure regulation infrastructure into a connected, responsive sensing network.
Traditional gas regulation systems often rely on wired instrumentation, periodic manual inspection, and isolated measurement devices. NH-GT-01 integrates sensing, edge processing, wireless communication, local storage, and control into a compact industrial terminal, creating a digital interface between physical gas infrastructure and cloud-based monitoring systems.
The device supports two independent pressure sensing channels, TTL gas detection, isolated RS485 communication, and configurable industrial data points through Modbus RTU or custom serial commands. Its Cat.1 4G communication architecture supports TCP, MQTT, and HTTP transmission, allowing the terminal to adapt to different cloud platforms and industrial communication environments.
A key aspect of the design is its low-power operating architecture. Instead of keeping every subsystem continuously active, NH-GT-01 intelligently manages sensing, processing, communication, and sleep cycles. Pressure, gas detection, and cloud transmission can operate at independently defined intervals, while an alarm event can immediately wake the device and trigger data transmission. This approach enables long-term autonomous operation while reducing maintenance requirements.
The terminal also incorporates dual power architecture, supporting a primary lithium-thionyl-chloride battery together with external DC 9–24 V power. Reverse-polarity, over-voltage, and over-current protection enhance operational reliability, while the intrinsically safe design is engineered for demanding gas-industry environments.
More than a data collector, NH-GT-01 is designed as an intelligent sensing node: Sense. Connect. Respond. It captures physical conditions, connects them to digital infrastructure, and enables timely responses such as alarm transmission and solenoid-valve control.
Through a restrained industrial form, clear human-machine interaction, modular interfaces, configurable data architecture, and low-power engineering, NH-GT-01 proposes a scalable design approach for the digital transformation of gas infrastructure.
