Rooted in a Shanghai Modern Oriental aesthetic, this project fuses the cosmopolitan elegance of Shanghai with the sensibility of contemporary luxury living. Guided by an ethos of refinement and sophistication, the sales gallery is designed as a space where the city's cultural heritage and modern style coexist in harmony.

The entrance foyer establishes a ceremonial Shanghai-style arrival experience. A deep green marble wall accented with metallic lines, an alabaster chandelier, timber screens, and decorative floor inlays come together to create the atmosphere of a refined, cosmopolitan urban club.

The model display area is anchored by a sculptural spiral ceiling, its flowing curves adding layered depth to the space. In the negotiation lounge, gently curving ceiling forms and warm ambient lighting set a relaxed tone, while leather furnishings, metal detailing, and curated art pieces embody the Shanghai tradition of elegant living.
