Low-Noise Lightweight Tire

Low-Noise Lightweight Tire is designed for riders who combine urban commuting with outdoor exploration. It addresses the higher noise, heavier weight and limited paved-road adaptability of conventional mountain-bike tires through a coordinated design focused on low noise, lightweight construction and puncture resistance, enabling a smooth transition between city roads and light off-road terrain. Tread pattern, compound formulation and carcass construction are coordinated to reduce rolling resistance and tyre noise while maintaining traction and control across paved roads, gravel and other light off-road surfaces. This gives the tyre a balanced character for both everyday driving and occasional outdoor use.

The warm brown sidewall draws on natural outdoor tones, softening the heavy look of conventional mountain-bike tires while balancing urban refinement with outdoor character. Its low-saturation colour, curved profile and fine texture create a lighter, more detailed appearance. The contrast with the black tread strengthens visual identity and reflects the product’s blend of performance, aesthetics and outdoor spirit.

Functionalised S-SBR, natural rubber and silane-coupled nano-silica are combined to maintain grip while reducing rolling resistance, improving efficiency on paved roads while retaining traction on loose surfaces.

Multiple geometric tread blocks and grooves are designed through contact-ratio analysis and variable-pitch sequencing, with noise simulation used to suppress road-induced resonance and deliver smoother, quieter riding across different surfaces.

The lightweight carcass uses thin, densely woven cord to distribute internal stress more evenly, helping reduce rotating mass and absorb vibration during long-distance driving.

A high-puncture-resistant mesh layer is integrated into the carcass to resist penetration from sharp gravel and debris, providing added protection on mixed urban and light off-road routes.
