LIVON SUMMIT

The 'Shan' in 'Shan Wai Shan' itself carries a sense of cohesion and community. Our original intention was to create a fully immersive, self-contained community, rather than a traditional, heavy, closed-off clubhouse. It’s designed to allow people to experience the lively warmth of neighbors gathering and life unfolding, while also providing private spaces for relaxation and tranquility. Our goal is to create moments worth remembering. Every corner can hold residents’ memories and grow with them. In the end, spaces may fade, styles may go out of fashion, but the memories accumulated over time and the sense of belonging formed through emotional connections will become the true irreplaceable value of the project. This is the ultimate kind of customization — for moments in life, for inner emotions, for eternal belonging.
