UNIVERSE TIME

UNIVERSE TIME begins with a redefinition of how time is displayed. It is not conceived as a conventional timepiece, but as a time machine whose display logic is celestial motion. It comprises a levitating metal sphere, a cut hemispherical body, a hidden digital display with touch control, a surrounding light ring, and an APP.

The design is grounded in the understanding that time is fundamentally the revolution and rotation of planets. In the era of interstellar navigation, time is no longer confined to Earth, and its mode of display must change accordingly. Technologically, the product employs GravSpace, the world’s first and exclusive spatial omnidirectional levitation technology, enabling the sphere to levitate and revolve along a 40° tilted orbit, simulating planetary rotation and tilted revolution. The algorithm incorporates the time rules of the eight planets in the solar system, with planetary time switchable via the APP. By removing the dial and complex graduations, the product allows motion itself to express time. Its appearance remains minimalist and restrained; its proportions are repeatedly refined, conveying the sense of a sci-fi, mysterious civilizational artifact.
