The Gallery Canvas: Restraint & Art

Designed for an urban connoisseur, this expansive flat reinterprets modern luxury through an art-curated living experience. Moving beyond conventional minimalism, the residence adopts a restrained, monochromatic architectural shell—characterized by dark smoked oak, tactile micro-cement, and monolithic marble—which acts as a serene gallery canvas. This calmness is dynamically punctuated by an expressive, vivid contemporary Chinese painting and a sculptural crimson armchair. Featuring a seamless open-plan layout that connects the living, dining, and social kitchen, the project establishes a sophisticated dialogue between functional living and museum-level artistic tension.
