Industrial Parks of The China Beauty City

The project is located on the west side of Fenghuang South Road, Huadu District, Guangzhou. The base is connected to Guangzhou North Railway Station on the left and Baiyun Airport on the right. It forms a "Golden Triangle" with airport business district and Huadu CBD area, and is an important area of the Huadu future development. Based on the high-demand positioning of the company, the GWP design team abandons the traditional industrial park design thinking and integrates industrial functions and artistic aesthetics. We start from the problem of the separation of the industrial park and the community, and builds it into a functional, practical and beautiful industrial park. The GWP design team used " Natural Beauty" as the design theme to extract the rhythm of the curve from the mountains and rivers. The landscape design simulates the "valleys", "forests" and "streams" in nature to create a sunken theater-like activity space, a rest space under the forest, and a streamline space. The building is like a mountain, and the curve of the stream shuttles between the buildings, combining with the green space to achieve the landscape effect of the urban, mountain and forest. The GWP design team hopes to build the project into a benchmark for the design of the industrial park.
