River Mansion No.1 Sales Center

The project is the sales center of the residential development River Mansion No.1, which is located in the central axis of Jihua, the core area of Chancheng District, Foshan. It integrates Lingnan culture, Cantonese culture and local culture, and echoes with the existing old buildings in the city.



Based on the characteristics of the city and the era, the designers continued the simplistic, lively design languages that feature the residential building and used modern but dignified materials such as natural stones, stainless steel, wood veneer and perforated plates to create a trendy, powerful and solid sales center, while also incorporating the antique copper into space and subtly extending the logo elements of the River Mansion No.1, thus creating a fashionable but dignified modern urban space that inherits the cultural heritages.



The entrance presents a stainless steel background wall with the visual identity of the residential development. The copper color of the stainless steel serves as the dominant hue of space, which not only extends the tone of the facade, but also evokes the visual memory of the Buddha statue from the cultural aspect. In this way, it helps achieve the integrality of space and architecture and gives a nod to the cultural impressions of the city.



The spatial structure seeks after a modern and natural rhythm and abandons excessive decorative partitions, so as to maximally bring the natural light into the space. The designers created comfortable circulations, thereby letting users and visitors enjoy the dignity and elegance in an open environment.
