In recent years, along with evolution of aesthetic trends and lifestyle, the concept of urbanization has been deeply rooted in the public mindset. Landscaping serves as the first layer of exterior expression of a residential community, it possesses direct and systematic influence in the domain of strengthening community product power and improving livability experience. Therefore, the forward-thinking perspective of a landscape architect should stem from deep understanding of residential products, and present in diversity of styles, looks, and details.

Nowadays, the fusion of tradition and contemporaneity and the interaction between nature and humanity are endless sources of inspiration when a designer creates environments and landscapes. In this project, H&S Concept applies the base tone of “modern elegance” to match the architectural style, residents’ social status and diverse lifestyle, and to present simple elegant urban landscape.

“Landscape is more than just ornamental creative gardens, more importantly it serves as functional community facility. It permeates a community and highlights the product power, serves the daily life and spans across daily details.” In H&S Concept long-time professional pursuit, Design for Life is the core direction that gives life characteristics, functionality, and aesthetic value to the landscape works.

In this project, H&S Concept employs oriental gentle poetry to correspond with classicism, and minimalist diamond-like structure to outline the contemporary, to build the “one axis, one line, three gardens, and five diamonds” landscape layout, and combine functionality and aesthetics. Throughout the community, a core landscape axis connects a line of recreational landscape areas; within the symmetrical layout and linear model, rich and layered vegetation extends to three major gardens, creating a modern and elegant hotel-level fine landscape space.

In over a decade of professional practice and involvement, H&S Concept insists on realizing beautiful social environment with innovation, improving quality, fun, and status of life with landscape. In the project of COPM Jinxi Mansion, it gains scene-creation inspiration from the collision of traditional and modern culture, brings diversity, personality, and sustainability to the community using systematic planning and fine details, and delivers a modern elegant landscape product to realize life’s fun in every corner.
