The 1368㎡ project is a sales center featured the bold use of color and patterns, creating a space full of vitality and joy. Orange, a color full of hope and vitality, combined with pure blue, presents a sense of tranquility and up-scaled tenderness. As a prelude of space,the entrance hall leads the flow with a divergent and irregular aperture. In the center, a deer sculpture is set to echo with the flexible decorative lighting, laying the groundwork for the whole project. Inspired by the life in the wild, mottled tree shadows are projected in the plain and white space volume, featuring the joyful rhythm of life, which are full of shadows, ups and downs. Passing through the lobby, it is the two-story exhibition hall centered by the sand table.The rounded rectangles extend to the atrium, like a "pupil of the earth" watching the unknown. The particle lamp belt is centered on the circle as scattered around, and the space extends vertically, where the geometric match is unified. The negotiation area is an open, shared, and interactive place, which makes community business an expression of life and emotional communication, as well as a way of thinking about future activities.The low-key and restrained white space, complemented by warm red-brown, creates a warm, cozy and comfortable zone, bringing softness and tranquility to the private contract negotiation space. The enclosed water bar and island platform allows visitors to experience a comfortable and leisurely atmosphere. Scattered bookshelves and a wide reading area in the form of steps are important areas for children to read. The wood veneer space decoration echoes with deer sculptures, as if reading in the woods with the shadow of deer walking along. In the waiting area, cosmic blue is matched with vitality green and embellished with the warm color of wood veneer. The color saturation and a large area of color blocks and materials create a fun space. Incorporating the creatures and scenery in the forest, the fresh colors are brought together into a fairy-tale natural wonderland shrouded in tenderness.
