Green Shore Residence Phase II

Green Shore Residence Phase II is a top-end residence sitting at the tip of Luoxi Island, embraced by Pearl River at three sides. By rotating the four towers on master plan, the architect opens a 270-degree panorama river view for most units, meanwhile faced to the city cen¬ter, observing the prosperity of Guangzhou city.

The building façade is designed to be more open to the river, transparent and light, ele¬gant and soft. Spacious sky balconies bring indoor life out. By setting up an intimate di¬alogue between the residence and the river, the architect tries to redefine the contemporary waterfront living of Guangzhou.

The Green Shore sets a new benchmark of island-in-city lifestyle in southern China, and redefines the contemporary waterfront living along the Pearl River with its natural environment, fresh image and open space. As a new landmark, it stands out from shoreline, witnessing the prosperity of Guangzhou city.
