HUYA is a leading unicorn in the online streaming culture that is defined by collaborations and innovation. With those core values in mind, we try to customise a future homeland, rather than another typical HQ office for HUYA. By creating its own typology, the design combines a horizontal campus with a vertical tower, offering both efficiency and flexibility. Each section has its own little atrium and outdoor terraces, where the innovation and collaboration grow. Pushing this idea beyond its office wall, the whole site becomes an open community activated by a wide range of amenities, waterfront terraces and event spaces, and a unique public place of the city context.
