About The Entry

The total construction area of the project is 165,000 ㎡, including shops, commercial streets, offices, hotels and apartments.The architectural group presents the shape of a sailing sail, and the overall plan is based on the theme of the ocean. Modern sailing technology embodies a high-tech elegant shape. The facade of the tower adopts this streamlined skin effect. Each building is adapted to its purpose, creating a series of sail shapes with different textures and patterns. It becomes a group of elegant and unified buildings.

The podium is characterized by cultural creativity, neighborhoods and villages. It takes the small-scale houseboat as the motif, highlights the waterfront theme, and focuses on exploring the commercial value of the waterfront.
