Located in the central Guanshan Lake District of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, this project includes a 6-story commercial podium and two 150m-high apartment towers with a total construction area of 79,500m2. The site design takes full advantage of the terrain’s height difference and integrates a sunken plaza at the south entrance for direct ground-level access to the LG level, which provides multiple ground floor entrances. Special light boxes decorate the top of the main and secondary South/North entrances. The colorful glazed glass combined with the floodlight design present a dazzling façade that is both modern and dynamic. The façade design features interlaced units and stepped terraces for the food and beverage industry. Large skylights are installed throughout the roof to bring natural lighting and shadows into the atrium.
