MASTER ACCF Office

This project is located in Ou Shang Building, Wenzhou City, and its architectural form is an office building. MASTER ACCF is a five-constant system company committed to creating the ultimate comfortable home and office experience. It hopes to build the office into a dual-use space that takes into account both office and experience. Five constant systems include: constant temperature, constant humidity, constant oxygen, constant static and constant intelligence. Therefore, the owner approached us when he was preparing the branch, hoping to help him create a new venue with both professionalism and quality.

Choosing a large gray color for the foyer, it is encloses a sense of stable space atmosphere.People can feel the space immersion experience when they enter, leading the light away in the relatively depressed space.

The office design creates a fluid space through orderly lattices, glass, and natural light. The designer refactored architectural elements into the furniture design, giving it a new aesthetic. Light gives the exhibits a new life, and gives sculptures, utensils and furniture the power to express spatial emotions in multiple ways. In the silence, the light becomes time, the pointer of the clock, grows and evolves by itself, and has multiple possibilities.

Reconciling the inherent conflict between cost and effectiveness. A large number of flat painted surfaces have been reorganized with a special-shaped structure, intuitively reveal the vivid rhythm of nature and time.

In the design of the hall, the designer uses a simple and contemporary layout to create an excellent spatial texture. The furniture and soft furnishings are made of black, white and gray that are consistent with the color of the space, which does not break the cleanness and simplicity of the space, as if it were left blank, allowing people to maintain a more relaxed and calm state. Extending and dividing floor-to-ceiling windows brings the urban river view into the field of vision and creates an excellent visual experience.

The simple and unique design language makes the office simple and pure, and expounds the real and profound meaning.
