Around 40% of people have experienced sleeping problems, and studies have detected notable increases in insomnia symptoms in adults and children and adolescents.
Hypnos is a non-wearable device that helps people get a good night's sleep and encourages people to develop good sleep habits. Users can set the time they want to fall asleep and wake up on the App associated with the device. After waking up, sleep reports and get advice will be delivered to the user’s App. By nurturing electronic plants, Hypnos can assist users to develop healthy sleeping patterns.
